Direct Messages: SMS
You need a quick way to reach customers by SMS from within Sabhi.
Prerequisites
- Active account
- Customer exists in Customer List
- Log in.
- Go to Communication → Direct Message.
- Select a customer.
- Click the SMS icon.
- Type your message and click Send. Attachments: click + and choose Document or Photo & Video.
